In-Person – Yin Yoga 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Wednesdays:

Virtual – Seniors Yoga 10:00 – 11:00 am

In-Person – Hatha Yoga 5:30 – 6:30 pm

In-Person Restorative Yoga 7:30 – 8:30 pm

Fridays:

In-Person – Movement & Meditation 7:30 – 8:30 am

In-Person Flow Yoga 12:00 – 1:00 pm
